Aye, the military are renowned worldwide for the specification of their hi vis.

+1 for kreiga, had my r25 for about 5 years and never leaked a drop, survived 4 quite bad accidents and get used everyday, rain or shine.

although if that bag was in green camo, it might look quite cool.....
not to sure about the arm straps though, be a right faff to get on and off all the time!
