That I had Stornoway black puddin for breakfast today- with eggs, bacon, sausage and beans.:drool

Back to shreaded wheat tomorrow though. :tears

Managed to fit in a full Scottish at the George in Inveraray and the next day at the Clachaig. Fantastic brekkies both and the Clachaig does Wildboar sausage and wildboar bacon. Back to bran flakes today.

Surprised you didn't sling a slice of haggis on there Wully.

Try Frasers blackpudding if you're going through Aviemore :thumb2

Website here

I reckon it's as good, if not - better than Stornoway (or Dingwall) :D

Mind you - Caithness blackpudding takes some beating - a good skelp of onion and a very moist pud :thumb

Bews in Thurso, not so sure about Wick :eek

Al :)

We get our from Donald doon the road- fresh and tasty with big creamy yolks, much better than the watery, pale supermarket shite:thumb2

I thought you'd maybe run out of Stornoway pud, so - offered alternatives............
