Idiot light bulb cluster housing for R80g/s and R100gs

Availiable new reproduction from Boxxerparts, Seibenrock and a few other places now. Not cheap tho....

idiot lights

Many thanks.
Did have a look but these seem just to be the printed circuits, not the (required) white plastic housing they're fastened to.

Thanks. That's the post-1991 and PD version. The one for the earlier GS and G/S is squarish with the ignition barrel aperture in the bottom L/H corner.

They are NLA and getting expensive, last on on US Ebay went for $350- .
So anyone like me who has one is keeping it as a spare.
Or until the price goes up to $500- ----------.

Hi Dave you can use the R100 version to rewire the G/S version That's how I did mine with the pins straight out of the plug, the bulbs are then hard wired!

Thanks Duncan, hope you're keeping well.
The electrical side of mine seems to be ok; it's the flanges on each side of the white plastic carrier which have snapped off. These of course slide into the nacelle holding it in place. Or have I misunderstood what you mean? If worse comes to the worse I have a thin sheet of tufnol with which I can (hopefully) reinstate the flanges. Didn't realise these things were scarce. I have the same system on my R100GS and there seem to be loads of those about. Failing that I'll be saving up for Beemerboff's spare!

On joking , it isnt for sale as long as I own the G/S.
And by time I part with the G/S some one will probably be re manufacturing the board - most of the rest of the headlight assembly which was once NLA is now being remade.
And yes , I paid top dollar for a complete headlamp , etc , assembly including the NLA bits, not long before most were re introduced .

Thanks. The circuit board's now re-manufactured but unfortunately not the white plastic holder. Reckon they might be in the pipeline though, as they seem to be making everything but the part people are needing at the moment. But for now I've repaired mine and it's probably stronger than it was originally. But thanks again to everyone who replied.
