Taking them off..

Hi Guys,
Could someone with odysse's please tell me..

How quick and easy are they to remove and install. I only have the standard black system cases and want some more space for touring next year. But my bike lives in a garage with restricted access so panniers have to come off getting bike in and out.

Are they as easy to fit as system cases.. are do you need tools etc to remove??

Also want to know for taken them off for hotels..

They come off in 5 seconds - 2 spindles hold them into slots at the top of the mounts, undo these and lift them off - no tools required...

So Big Col, I run the jesses witha BWM top box, I don't think the E52 will fit number one as it will foul the lids opening, not sure though. Too be honest, I found it difficult to fill all the space last time I used the jesse and top box.

I have had Odysseys on my 1150 GS with a Givi E52 on the Givi mounting rack without any clearance problems.

Jesse bags from Civil,
Your Jesse bags are the version before the Odyssey bags . I guess between 4 and 8 years old. They have the advantage of using all the space around the exhaust (normaly only for use with the original exhaust) and have a quick release system in an earlier design.
