Now, we all know the latest GS is the best bike in the world ever ever ever, BUT before you you post anything in this section, you need to think about what you're posting.

If you have a problem with the bike, and it's easily fixed by the dealer, DON'T post about it here, moaning like a girl; PHONE YOUR DEALER AND GET IT SORTED. They will sort it. There is no need to bitch and whine on here. You are not teenage schoolgirls.:comfort

I understand that some people need to post their every thought on the internet, but this IS NOT the place to do it.

So, I repeat again, if you have a trivial issue with your bike, DO NOT post it in this section - I WILL DELETE IT, as it's getting silly now.:D

Censorship at its best.

I currently do not own a WC but have owned a GS WC and. GSA WC. As the dealer cannot fix my non existent bike it must be ok to continue to post my experiences.

I love my GSA LC it's fabulous but the dealer at the moment has really pissed me off. Not screwing the oil filler plug in after it's first service and the locks on the panniers that are dealer fit are just shite so yes I am sure my dealer will sort it but it shouldn't need sorting should it. Particularly as they don't open again until Tuesday and I'm off to wales in the morning
Bods need to know about the pannier lock issue as I am not the first to have this issue.
 
Yep. Come on you 1200 gsee WC types keep it clean and important.... No minor stuff!!!! Treat it like A+E, if it can be treated at you local GPs then stay away... Don't write about it, and absolutely any co respondents don't take the Michael.... (That's take the piss to you others).. Have some respect for how Dick is coping here.....
 
Nutty....you sound like a kid that used to live down our street when we where kids.

He had a leather football,which was a great football,but if you didn't let him score every other goal he used to take his ball home.

The GS WC is in many ways a great bike,but in many others it's seriously flawed.

I'm pleased that I owned one,but it would have to improve an awful lot for me to be tempted back.

Please feel free to delete this post if it doesn't meet the required level of adulation for the WC.

Nutty have you had any issues with the wc model yourself or have you been lucky some owners bikes have been so bad they have had to resort to rejecting them one owner at least more than once. I think the issues should be talked about so mbw up their game censorship is not the answer

He rejected one, it was def A+E so ok to post in here. You need to ask is what I'm posting a worthwhile and benefiting experience for the reader... And frankly you WC guys are falling short, I feel for the mod in this section, I'm sure he loses cred at the dealers with the silly stuff he allows to get written...
I give this thread another hour...

The last one had a bent frame, so was rejected.

A circlip fell off my current bike the other day, so I'm waiting for the MD of BMW to reply to my rejection letter.:D

He rejected one of his bikes.

Or if you want to use Nuttys version..

He had to make a minor contribution to change.

So hypocrisy really from his part
 
As has been said before, a lot of the negativity on this forum comes from people who don't own an LC. My bike doesn't have the greatest gear change but that aside it's by far the best bike I have owned and puts a smile on my face every time I ride it (even in the rain) which is what it's all about at the end of the day!!
