I’ve been to Ile de Ré many times and always stayed at Hotel Le Galion in Saint Martin de Ré.When I first stayed there it was about €70 but is now more than double that and can nudge €200 at times.
It’s nice but not that nice .
So we’re trying Hotel La Jetée on this trip .It was €123 for the night .The rooms are just as nice , has underground secure parking for €15 for 2 bikes and it’s even more central than Le Galion.
No pool but no great shakes.
