Im having trouble transferring routes from either the BMW make life a ride app or from my route app. The youtube videos are of little help. Can it be done

If you are using the BMW Connectedride app, it should automatically sync any saved routes to the Cloud. The connectedride nav should then pick up the route from the Cloud the next time it syncs. However, for this to be achieved, both devices need to be signed into the same account and sync to the Cloud by either mobile data or Wi-Fi. If you find the nav is not picking them up, you may need to log out and back in on both devices.

Thanks for the reply there is a world of difference between what it should do and what it does. BMW have sold us a pup. nothing short of rubbish. The help videos are not accurate and describe sequences that do not exist. I spent more time on the navigator than the trip I did. Do not buy one use a map.

Have you got more than 50 waypoints? That’s the limit for the BMW device.

I find the BMW CRN very good.
Admittedly, the transfer of routes from MRA is clunky, but it does work.
