For £395 instead of £550 you get 4 nights accommodation, 3 days riding/training with Mick Extance, airport transfers, breakfast & lunch, all your fuel and riding gear is supplied. The only thing to pay for is evening meals & drinks. There were 3 places left at the special price so I've booked 2 - one for me and one for Didier ( from the Wales weekender ). Easyjet flights were £30 each way.

It starts on the 7th of November and finishes on the 11th of November. If anyone else fancies joining us, there's 1 place left. It looks really good :thumb

My friend builds his dakar bikes. You know you'll probably die, don't you!Don't for fecks sake try to race him,he's "a bit good"you know.

Have fun :thumb

... he's using this trip as training for the Dakar which is one of the reasons it caught my eye. It's going to be flat out for 3 days on someone elses bike - and in the sunshine. How can you beat that? Roll on the 7th.... :D

Well made it back in one piece :D and what a great week that was :thumb .

It was so good, I'm going back next year - probably around September'ish. I'll do a post here nearer the time as there's definitely people here who'd absolutely love it. The terrain is a good mix and the pace is as fast as you like... they use a leader/sweeper system, making sure the group is kept together at regular stops. There were 7 of us punters ( maximum is 8 ) and 3 instructors.

Here's a few pictures from the trip...

the bikes we used were the Suzuki DR400E

It would actually be a great place to take a GS to and mess about. I'll put a post up next year before I book and if anyone else fancies coming along I guarantee you won't regret it. Top stuff :thumb
