I was having a dig at the colour of your windows matey :D (Why I called them menu bars is beyond even me, mind you  )

And there's feck all wrong with DOS. Time was the numpties kept away from teh internet and us geeks had it all to our selves. :thumb

done it now :)

only got OS running on "Live" CD at the moment, but i think i'm going to give a proper install a go with dual boot.

no...i STILL haven't fixed that f*kcing one-cylinder-twin glitch. :spitfire but i am _almost_  sure its electrickery now... as i lift the plug cap off the plug (with rubber gloved hand :mmmm ) the little shocks to the UNgloved fingers of me other hand - from the 'bar end weight was a clue
:banghead:
oh the joys of Italian Moto cycles  :D

sort of, you need to kick the machine at least twice when installing a dual boot system, as you often find that only the last loaded operating system will actually start.

True geekness involves being able to fully configure a unix system using command line entries alone, none of this poncey shell stuff. I can't :D
