I've just received a PM from loftyboy and I'm sorry to say he's not coming 
It's not my place to say why but it has nothing to do with his desire to join us.
Glad you've confirmed leman
At the moment we have 16 people on 14 bikes. Everyone bar BM Bandit has confirmed, and I'm not too worried about him as we know he's on holiday and is mates with Norm
Whilst I think it's a nice idea to have people replace those that have dropped out I've got to weigh up the risks of it happening again so soon before the trip starts. We've just lost 3 people and that's going to cause a bit of a headache to unravel accommodation-wise. I'm sure you'll understand that I really don't want to have to keep going back to Hoteliers reducing numbers. With the remaining participants (except BM Bandit) having confirmed their attendance within 24 hours of being asked, I'm confident that we'll all be in the Alps next month. There's also the added benefit of a slightly better chance of being able to secure meals together of an evening
