Hi all...
I am planning on bringing my ´83 80 G/S back to the UK from Argentina where it is currently registered and have read a few interesting comments on the importing of various bits from the states.
My concerns are, what are the C&E charges likely to be on the bike. Do they take any notice of the price paid therefore one has to be creative with the value or, as I have heard, do they put their own value/guesstimate of what it might fetch in the UK?
Or do I dismantle it, grubby it all down and bring it in as parts?
Any thoughts please guys.
