For a while now, an unexpected announcement has been interrupting my comms conversations. The words, 'SAY A COMMAND' are repeated several times and whilst this is happening, I loss communication with other users. I have sought a solution in the menu of the unit but no adjustment makes any difference. I have also factory reset the unit several times with the same result. Has anyone had the same issue and can anyone offer and advice or assistance to prevent this increasingly irritating announcement please?

FWIW, Sena want me to send a photograph of the serial number of the unit before they will even allow me to send a query to them. Needless to say this would involve removing and then replacing the unit. Life is too short and yes, It's obviously not annoying enough or I would do so.

Have you tried using the Sena App. I had the same problem, I used the App and that seemed to sort it. Worth a try.

Turn off voice activated commands using the phone app?
