Indicator Problem

Washed the bike the other night before i put it in the gararge. Next morning one of the rear indicators was on (not flashing) and had drained the battery. Charged the battery, put the bike away again after a good run (all lights off) - came back to check an hour later and the same indicator was on again!

Anyone else experienced this ? (have taken the bulb out until i can get a dealer to take a look). Any idea if likely to be connection/ switch/ water in electrics ?

I haven't experienced this, but I have reas lots of posts about water interferign with the connectors to the rear light unit, which I think includes the wires for the rear indicators.

Annoyingly, while open to the elements to a large degree, I don't think they are very easy to get at for cleaning purposes.
