I don't need or want your birthday wishes.........as I said in the pm that I sent you a week or so ago....... you are beneath contempt.

If by sending me a public birthday wish you think that your popularity will increase because people will think that we are mates then you are very much mistaken....

"Chronicle Paranoia"...? No I think you have it very wrong as you well know...

It is actually having moral judgement, integrity and an honest outlook in life.

As for suffering some kind of problem as you are implying,-it is you that is in need of some very serious help.

Denial.......can be treated. Be honest with at least yourself....and seek help.

Hey PJ,

When you say off-road tracks, are we talking nice easy fire roads type thingy, or hard core Dakar off-road god sort of style tracks.

I only ask cos i dont want to waste my time on little piddly farm track type stuff.:augie

I'll get me coat.

Good pubs, biker friendly and nice rides

If you follow the M4 and join the M48 and go over the OLD Severn Bridge...
Come off the M4 Join the A466 Chepstow road
Stay on the A466 to the Chepstow Race Course Roundabout
Turn left onto B4235 Towards Myndd Bach and Usk (beautiful ride)
Arrive at USK see link below for choice of pubs etc
Leave USK going north on the B4598 Towards Llanfair Kilgeddin and Abergavenny
Stop at Abergavenny Bus Station car park cafe, big biker hang out
Leave Abergavenny on the A40 Crickhowell road towards Brecon
Brecon see link
Nice ride from Brecon to Builth Wells on the A470
Builth Wells go to Greyhound Pub biker friendly, good beer and safe car park for bikes

Enjoy!

I agree with above - all good roads.

If taking Brecon to Builth road, try turning right after Erwood to the B4567. You cross a narrow bridge which always feels advernturesome. Then lovely winding road to A481.

You could take A481 to A44 - nice fast road, or go through Builth and up B4520 via Llangynog towards upper chapel and back to Brecon.

Or B4520 then sharp right to B4519 to Garth. This takes you across the army firing range (don't worry - they are all in Afghan!) Right turn would have you back to Builth.

Left takes you A483 to Llandovery.

Good biker restaurant there.

Left takes you A40 back to Brecon,

Right at cafe takes you A4069 to llagadog then up and over to Brynamman (this road often used by Top gear for testing).

After Brynamman its a bit dull, but quickest route back to M4 or you could head back to the heads of valley road.

All lovely really!! Bring waterproofs and wellies for the sheep!!!
