I've just woken up after being in bed for 4 hours from a migraine that I got during an off road morning around the Surrey Hills......
I fell off in the gloopy stuff - not just dropped the bike but a proper fall, bruises to follow-bike a little battered, but looks the part.......then we came accross sand- I HATE SAND and ended up walking, paddling call it what you will for a mile-
Great morning though and had I not been ill would have continued as the company was great...........
Rest day tomorrow and Batman, Dark Knight in the evening......
