Info on Sargent seats for the 1200

we have some more information on the Sargent seat
for the R1200 GS.

you can view the seat and it's features.

Although there is no firm release date, I think
the seat will be available by the end of the
year; in any event it will definitely be
available before Daytona in February.

If you are interested in purchasing this seat, I
urge you to follow the Pre-Registration process
as detailed on the above web page.

This Pre-Registration entitles you to a discount
on the retail price of the seat, for a limited
time after the seat's release - usually 30 days
or so. There is no obligation to buy.

Did you get any idea of a price for the seats? Do you register with the UK distributor or the american one?

Very very nice but surely very very expensive considering that the passenger backrest only costs $330...

I think cost will be around the £500 mark and you register on the US site...
