Inforad Trip Record Output

How do i get the .csv file that is exported as an excel file from my inforad gatso detector to view as a map overlay without buying any software? This file is produced when you configure the beast online to record your journeys. it also produces your top speed and average and time taken and distance etc from engine start to stop, as usual any tosser assistance appreciated

I have the inforrad fitted, but haven't tried to recover the trip data at all.

I don't think that map overlays in Mapsource use a .CSV file however.

So - I'm not entirely sure how you can use the data.

I do notice that you can import data into Autoroute as .CSV files, but not sure how it is portrayed. I'll PM you with my e-mail address if you want me to try it and get back to you?

Don't hold your breath for a response from Datatool's webquery service - I asked them about the unit's failure to pick up satellites north of Inverness two weeks ago...........still to get a response

There are always ways to convert data.

If you can covert it to GPX (GPS XML format) then you can open it up in GoogleEarth, which is free.
