innovative solution for tail pack?

I want to put a tail bag - preferably hard - onto the top box base in the pillion seat position.

Anyone got ideas/pics?

I'm thinking of something like a small pelican hard case but would be interested to hear of any other ideas or what you have done.

If you have a Vario topbox there is an adaptor to mount it in place of the pillion seat.

Yes Ive got a top box base (see post#1) and a top box - but its all a bit big and heavy - hence my looking for something a bit smaller to fit onto the adaptor.

I have the mounting bits that can be fastened to a baseplate/box enabling fitment in place of the seat .... I bought them from a fellow tosser with good intentions but can't see me using them. Let me know if they're of any use?
