INNOVV K6 Loop Issues

Has anyone got an INNOVV K6 and had issues with loop recording?

I’m on my second and it doesn’t seem to loop record despite multiple support emails. I’m fairly competent when it comes to technology so I’m pretty confident it’s not a user error but I can’t work out why it would just give up recording randomly.

I’ve had it on 2 units now so either there’s an issue with K6s or I’ve managed to do something really special!

If you’ve got a K6 and never checked it can you check if it’s loop recording please?

Same. It filled the card and then stopped. I know this because last date on videos.
The next problem being when I put the card in the computer and downloaded the video clips - they won't play. I am going to have to email for better instructions. I have watched about 20 hours worth of Yoo Toob tutorials to get this far. It took me an entire day to get the app on my phone and then linked to the camera. Now I can't get it to do it again.... I am rubbish with technology. Still can't work my Zumo XT. I have just given up with up with that and put a post code in and have done. Gone back to hand written route notes!

I’ve had mine replaced and the new unit does the same thing bough a new sd card (tried 4 now) and same issue.

Innovv support blame my SanDisk cards as they are “too cheap” but one is an endurance card and the others are extremes which have no issues in the car dash cams.

Will buy an AliExpress replacement as the one on my last bike worked without issue.

I find Innov’s support slow to respond & then pretty useless too.
I took the K6 off the bike & currently ride without a camera. Having had no joy previously with 2x Drift cameras & now the K6 I’m of the opinion that dash cams & bikes do not mix well.

Their support took to insulting me when I referenced sd card capabilities over price! Will definitely be avoiding them from now on.

I’ll never not have a camera though, had a big accident 3 years ago and camera had my back. It was a cheep one off Amazon and the gos broke but the camera part was reliable which is all I need.

TBH probably the most success I’ve had was with an Amazon GoPro knock off. Only problems were the battery life & inability to loop.
Might look again as things have moved on & I’d feel more comfortable with a camera again as I commute 75 miles e/w several times a month.
