Inserting weblinks into GS forum?

I can insert a weblink in a message but how do I go about 'namimg' the website ina personal sort of wya, if you know what I mean
So instead of just having the plain old web address as the link how can I insert the name of the site rather than just having the www address?

type the text you want on the page

then left mouse click and hold it down... run over the like this and it will highlight the text.... let go of mouse button.....then click the blue world with the chain link in it....it brings up a box for you to put the link address in
