Insuring the Triple Black GSA

Anyone else had issues? None of the insurance companies I called had it on their system, so in the end I've insured a black GSA TE, which is what it effectively is.

I'll call them once the bike has arrived, to see if it's on their system.

I had the same when gs te triple black came out last year,no end of horrific £800 plus quotes for a clean 30 odd year old clean licence,went on a comparison site and got decent comp cover for 180 quid.

Lucky My GSA TE 14 reg only costs £128 fully comp to insure

By the time they are here, they should be on systems. Otherwise i d just insure a 2017 GSA.

Has anybody tried BMW insurance yet ? I have my RT LC with them and will need to swop it over, they weren't seeng that bike either when it came out !!

Same problem with the GS Triple Black. Insured as the TE but that was still 6 months after release.

I had the issue in 2012 with the Rallye, they did as you have done, simply insured it as the nearest equivalent and then altered it FOC a few weeks later when someone added it to their system.
