Intaride headsets

Hi Andy,

I bought the Integra headset from Intaride - is that the one you mean?

I really didnt get on with it: the boom mic never stayed put, the hard shells speakers were uncomfortable, the ear tips things werent big enough.... and so on.

Its stayed in a drawer in the garage ever since.

I just did a search for alternatives, apart from the expensive Sonic gear, and this site came up: www.plugzz.co.uk - they're 'NanoComm' product in particular. It's pretty configurable so you can have whatever plug, number of monitors you want really. As my Ultimate Ear is getting a bit loose in the ear now, I might give them a go.

Thanks for the feedback. I was wondering....! As you say, the price of the Sonic kit is rather eye-watering!

Plugzz do look interesting. I've just spec'd a headset and emailed them for a price.

Plugzz is £205.00:eek:

It doesn't look as if there is a sensible cost option!

Maybe I'll re-think it in the Spring:augie

Plugzz isnt waaay off the mark - not when you consider that Ultimate Ear charge about £175, and their's doesnt have a boom mic.
