Does anyone use the Intek MT-5050 PMR446 radio with an Autocom intercom?
Which cable do you use to connect between the two?
I need to order one.

Make a note of the pin type(s) (2.5 mm or 3.5mm, mono or stereo) and the distance between the centres of the pins of the Intek.

Then give Sam at Chainspeed a call and see if he match it up.

Good Luck

I did a quick Google search on "Intek MT-5050" and then looked at accessories such as ear-piece/mics and speaker mics. All seemed to be using the Icom connection. Hence I would assume that you require an Icom lead. Call Chainspeed (see link) to order, as they're a company worthy of support, and whilst you're at it ask Sam to confirm that the Icom lead is the one you want.

Sorry, a bit of a delayed reply but the Intek radios use the Autocom, Midland/Alan radio lead, part number 2374.
I also managed to power the radio from the bike using a 12V to 6V power adapter like this and by breaking into one of these dummy batteries and soldering the + & - appropriately, then using some more dummies to fill in the battery spaces, I now have a radio that will never run flat.:thumb2
