Interphone 4mc and tomtom urban rider

Hi,
I am unable to connect these 2 devices and it may be that they are not compatible but I have different opinions on google. Everything I try results in sod all aaaarrrggghhh

Almost at the point of launching the tomtom and using the iPhone. Just seem a shame as it's not a bad navigation system

Mate of mine had a similar problem with his TT Rider. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. It seemed to recognise the interphone as his Mobile phone only

He updated the software in the inter phone which helped but in the end he bought a new TT and now it works all the time.
