My wife and I are quite new to bike to bike comms, we had a Scala G9x powerset for a while which spent more time off having warranty work done than we actually used them so we got rid and bought the Interphone F5MC twin pack.
We both like the Interphone and find it easy to use, but my wife's unit constantly transmits.
We can talk over it and it's no massive problem except her battery will only last 6 hours or so, and when there's any lapse in chat I can hear her bikes engine (street triple) through my headset.
I've contacted Interphone regarding this but their tech guy is away until mid September and we sail for Spain in 6 days.
Any suggestions on what we can do to sort this would be great.

Thanks, good idea, I can find a section about automatic volume in the manual, but nothing about the VOX in the manual.

Nope, I can't find anything in the book either. Could I suggest a software update?
Might just be a bug.

im pretty sure you can set the sena to voice activated (in which case it stops transmitting after a set number of seconds of silence) or constant.
Just watch if she has her visor up mostly the wind noise may be activating it .
Hope this helps

Good point, her bike's a Street Triple so a fair bit windier than my S1000XR. Hopefully the factory guy will have some ideas when he gets back from his hols.
