Interphone F4 / F5 Compatibility

Hi, can anybody help with the following scenario please, myself and 2 friends are going on a 7 day tour and want to keep in touch via bluetooth, 2 off us have Interphone F4's, we bought another single F4 thinking all 3 could pair but we were wrong, only 2 can pair but i believe on the F5 more than 2 can pair, if i bought a single F5 could the 2 F4's pair with it so all 3 off us are in contact.
Any other ideas for 3 people to keep in touch without all buying F5's ?

I ride with a mate who has an F4. My wife and I both have F5. I pair Al to my F5 and it "bounces" from my F5 to my wife so she can hear him.
