I'm (still) looking for something that will provide me a portable system to provide GPS and music, and also phone, which I can move between different bikes.

The Interphone F4 looks as though it might do the job. I'm thinking of the F4 plus an iPhone with GPS software.

So, a few questions;

1) Will the F4 control the iPod functions on the iPhone (volume, track skip etc)

2) If I pair a BMW Nav 3 (which is on my GSA) will the F4 mute music when GPS directions are received?

3) If I use an iPod instead of the iPhone can anyone recommend a bluetooth adaptor, and will I be able to operate the iPod controls through the F4? (I looked up the Interphone Ilink but the website doesn't give much info)

4) Any recommendations for GPS software for the iPhone?

5) Is a GPS booster needed?

6) Any recommendations for mouting the iPhone to the bike?

Does anyone have a Sena smh10? This seems to have a jack for adding in ear headphones.

It seems that the iPod can be controlled by the headset via bluetooth if bluetooth adaptor such as a WiRevo is used.

iPhone's don't have the necessary Bluetooth protocols to be controlled from the headset
