Unfortunately we have had to unbook ourselves for this year as I have been informed the dates clash with a family occasion I can't get out of.
So disappointed to miss this .... its a great weekend and incredible value.

I rang a second time and a friendly girl said yes i am on wait list however she would juggle a few other rooms around and make sure i have a room

maybe worth rining in and seen if there is any update. When i ask about cancelations she said most go to the first person who rings after room is cancelled.

The only Dolphin Hotel that I know of is in Crossmolina, nice place but definitely more than a 5 minute walk to Leenane
The Portfinn however is a 5 minute walk away from 'our' hotel

Only now seen this. My wife and I are doing a 2 week ride around the top half of Ireland from the 19th August to the 3rd September to celebrate my 70th birthday (24th August).

We'll be riding down from Westport to Doolin, via Leenane, on the 30th. I'll call in at the Leenane Hotel to see if anyone's about.
