First Sunday in the month is the BM Club Yorkshire Section meeting place at Cracoe Village Hall BD23 6LQ the B6265 north of Skipton through Rylstone 12.00am till 2.00pm everyone welcome. Tea, Coffee, sausage, bacon sandwiches,Apple pie cream etc. Always GS's there. If you are in the area pop in. I believe Johnny Boxer is coming on his new Adventurer. There should also be an even newer one week old ADV there.

We dont stand on ceremony and you dont have to be on a BM as there are usually vintage bikes turn up and even a couple of KTM's and the highest mileage Ducati in the country for this model (apparently), a multistrada.

Hi Denis, good to put a name to a face.

Went up into the hills and came back with our tails between the legs. Had a similar problem to this thread, http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=147742&highlight=fuel+pipe thankfully it wasn't the oil light, only the stutter.

Just need to work out if it was the one fuel tank, or the HT lead, or spark plug, or float bowl muck, or fuel pipe or something else

good to meet you both.
john I came out to see your bike and you had gone.
guess you cant stop riding it eh.

sounds like fuel prob or is it running lean .

Maybe should have stayed :( Still it's part of lifes experiences :)

My thoughts were fuel as it happens in the dry and wet, and if you back the throttle off it's all right  First thoughts are the fuel pipes, see if they both give a nice flow, which will point to the filters or not.

Time to dig out the Clymer manual, and get to know the innards of the bike better.
