Hello,
My goodness it seems only yesterday that we were feeding the 5000 in our (now dug up and re-organised - ish) garden - and Christmas is approaching.

SO .... would folk like to come here for supper? I am happy to host a wee doo .... and it would be lovely to see everyone.

I was thinking about Friday 12th December? 7 ish ! Would that suit folk?

Just a light supper; drinks; mulled wine; a few nibblies ... that sort of thing

Let me know ...with an "aye" here or a pm.

Sorry Moo.

I'm already on a works do and Manx Radio's staff Christams Party that afternoon/evening so I'm spreading myself thin as it is (luckily there's plenty of me to go round!!). Sat 13th is my brothers 40th and then on Sunday I'm having a liver transplant!

Dave - is there another day when you and Grainne can make it too perhaps? Its a movable feast - so we could see if another day might suit us all.

I think you should stick to your guns and go with your original idea otherwise I'll end up being the worlds most elusive guest and you'll get the impression I'm trying to avoid you all.

Nov/Dec look a little like this

28th Accountancy do following a merger between two local firms
5th G's work do.
6th Rugby match and post match festivities
12th My unit p*ss up followed by Manx Radio's staff do
13th G has a work social and its my brother's 40th
19th My full works do.
20th Currently double booked between the rugby club players night out and a friend's party.

Trying to work around that lot is a big ask. If you can, all well and good but otherwise it's probably best to crack on without us.

Well - I guess the IOM lot are not putting in much of a show this year - what with Grumps and Carol having sold their bike; Derm and me having to sell our bikes; piebaps and WSL on too many social calendars and Geraldine and Wideload having mixed up their dates ...

not to worry folks .... 2009 is another year and TT is only round the corner
