Related question gurus, I've got an ipad 3 on the way to me from Orange, is it the same size and spec as the 2 in terms of cases and covers?

Front cover is the same, separate back cover is NOT. (not too much thicker and wouldn't matter unless you want to use the clip on type)

I use the apple cover which is ok, but the magnets pick up all sorts of ferrous bits and bobs that feature in my life, and i'd quite like the 'prop up' to be a little taller.

i've got this belkin one

it has a sewn edge around the outside that acts as a bump protector - and the stand works well and it has a magnetic off switch activator when you close it.
