Is it jailbroken?? If so not a problem - if not your screwed unless the app has native support
Appletv2 and AirPlay from a modern iPhone.
Only downside is the telly gets it in 4:3, not widescreen. It's not pixel perfect but ok for occasional use.

Correct me if I'm wrong but to use AirPlay you need apple tv or similar which is quite pricey?? I use a £2.99 cable from eBay on my jailbroken phone and watch films/apps and anything else on me telly - you can even buy a hdmi adapter for your phone so it's better quality but they're £30 so I've not tried it yet
