Pernicious rumours abound in the City of Dublin to the effect that having defeated England at cricket in Bangalore Irish horses then swept the board at Cheltenham followed by the Irish Rugby Team hammering the Brits at the Aviva Stadium 24 - 8.
No wonder Her Majesty wishes to visit us in May closely followed by Barack Obama.
One can only feel sympathy for our less fortunate neighbours.
