Irish Tarmac Rally Championship.

Molls Gap is a mighty stage alright, but dont forget the Healy Pass, another classic stage.

Caragh Lake is a lovely stage too Martin. I have ridden it on the GS but never spectated there.

You a rally fan deep down Aidan?

Not a "real fan" Martin, but I do love the sport, especially the smaller local events. I marshalled on the Circuit many years ago, feck :eek , nearly 30 years ago now when it was still a 5 day event and truly the Circuit of Ireland.

My brother Barry is the real rallyist in the family though. He navigates on local stage rallies and is involved with the Newry club. He sat in the second fastest Mk2 ever over Slieve Gullion with Damian Toner.

OK Aidan, I got the tracks, thanks.:thumb2
I'm really looking forward to this trip now, it's been a while since I've been to Ireland.
Ferry's booked for Monday 25th and heading straight over to the West coast for a couple of days before getting in to Killarney.....:bounce1

Not that I'm getting excited or anything......:augie
Aidan, I've also been sent a couple of 'points of interest' from Phil Gunn, so I'm expecting a few miles of my favourite type of roads!:D
This has the makings of a decent trip, and a good shake-down for my XC.....:thumb
