Irritating but not like thrush

Shoei Neotec 3 with SRL3 ... Keep getting a message "INTERCOM FAILED" but only whilst riding solo and listening to music.
Any ideas as how to stop this ? can it be done via phone app same as "say a command" in voice cancelling ?

I had this happen and did an update on it which seems to have got rid of the problem.
