Is anyone still using the bmw navigation app - make life a ride?

I have only used it a few times via my Samsung S22.
Connection is fine when setting out. After a stop though I have had issues. Either refusing to reconnect or connecting but the wheel not functioning.
Any tips on avoiding this?

Also, been running it in perspective view. In a town the display gets very busy with red and yellow lines around junctions making difficult to see the dark blue travel line. What's that all about?

I use it for letting me know the speed limits. The record ride function is useful but not essential

Ahh, think the penny has dropped. Its the show traffic tab in map settings. Just plasters any town junctions in red and yellow meaning you can barely see the blue navigation line.
