remove the 'box' that the fuses/ relays sit in??

I want to be able to get in under the relay holders to fix a fitting!
Had a quick look last night in a dim garage ..... it did'nt look too good, anybody any experience???:nenau

Cheers

If its like the 1150...
I've lifted the top half of the box (4 hidden x-head screws i believe) while looking for a short.
You are limited by the cable loom going to the relays/fuses.
Its a bit like Vanessa Feltzes underwear;you dont want to be going in there unless you REALLY have to.:eek

piece of the proverbial mate. Follow that guideline. Its not as scary as it seems :)

i used a heat gun to warm it up a bit... but yours is all cosseted in a nice warm garage so itll probably be quite flexible enough :augie

That what you after?

Top tip, made it a lot less daunting..

I an considering fitting another auxillary socket into the void beneath the fuses...nicely out of harms way, easy to get to (to use!) other than that it'll be on a plate 'P' clipped to the pillion foot support loop.

Thanks for the help chaps..
