I want my paralever bearings replaced and its a job too far (scary) for me...

I have released them but dont dare remove them!

You've done the hardest part, just pop in a new set and reassemble and torque correctly

sorry, i meant i have released the allen key bolt... heat and huge allen key did it after a little patience.

Not confident about tapping out the actual cases from the drive body
and them gettine the new ones back in... heard all sorts of stories about the shaft being difficult to relocate whilst holding the bearings in place etc etc etc
