Is this a FAKE RALLYE Jacket (RALLY)

I had one of these for a few weeks (bought off this site) but sadly it was just too tight and I sold it to buy a Rallye II. As PY says in a way the original Rallye jacket was better than the Rallye II eg the original jacket had the clear map holder on the back (which was brilliant for the pillion to give directions etc) but the Rallye II doesn't have that - a real pity as that was a good feature.

If the Rallye II had the clear map holder on the back, I reckon they would have the perfect bike jacket, but they are both fantastic quality though. :thumb2

i thought it was a map holder, but bmw dealer told me it was to hold racing number :nenau

certainly more useful as a map holder.

thats right cookie, its for rally numbers.
thats why you can fit the clear holder on the front of the jacket.
unless you sit on the bike backwards.:D
like this pillion who followed us at a bike rally in Romania:eek:

<<--- I've got on too. It is a Rallye

Though it does look a lot more used than this one as I use it off road. Got it when I bought the bike with trousers as well with the grippy knees ... :)

nice of him to lend his helmet and leathers

I see it went for £222 (delivered).............................. :augie

I asked the seller if it included the Goretex liner............ no reply ;) - so I'm guessing that it didn't

Add £100 for a liner and you're starting to look at an expensive 2nd hand jacket :nenau

Al :)
