Is this all I need to fit Zumo 550

I have a Zumo 550 with motorcycle mount.
I also have a touratech bar like this

And I am getting a bracket like this

Do I need anything else to fix the Zumo on my F650 twin ( other than somebody who actually knows what they are doing)

Thats all you need,mount the zumo power mount onto the TT lockable unit,then mount that to the crossbar bracket,wire in the power,fit zumo to mount away you go....
