sweet I was thinking of just burning his house down, then saying "well I shouldn't say but.... He use to burn the wrong sort of logs, but wouldn't listen to me...!" terrible smoke blowing all over the road nearly caused an accident one time. I said there'd be trouble.... Obviously I wasn't in, so didn't actually see what happened.... what did happen...?

This is what people on motorbikes do routinely climbing up mountains (in the straight bits at least ) on the continent.
This guy did a couple of pulls. Or looks like from the video.
9 months. LOL. Is there more to it?

With both of these, they weren't recorded and dobbed in, they both posted their show off videos on you tube
Some upright member of the public was 'outraged' and reported them. Slighlty different to the ones where public record and send them in but
just in answer to a previous question of how they get done
As these were both classed as dangerous driving it would seem the powers deemed them in the public interest
