Is this just a blanking plate with an adapter? (Quad lock to bmw prep)

Seems to be, as you say, a blanking plate that fits into the existing Nav holder.

Looks like that seller is just listing various 3D printed adapters from freely downloadable designs.
Shouldn't be too hard to find that one and print it.
