Is this the new 2025 R1200 G/S ?

I’ll be sticking to my 18 plate R9T Urban.
O...yes the Turban...is crap, I read on this very pages ;) I watched several reviews now from various people (not journalist) who ride other bikes and the consensus is that is a great bike, especially off road. Personally I would like to see a Megamoto or a ST version. It is a bloody tall bike though and hopefully they sorted the seat out.

I’ve been offered a reasonable PX against a new G/S but I’ve decided to keep my owned from new 2017 R9t Scrambler as it does every I need it to and my days of having a new bike every 2 years just because I fancy having a new toy have gone.
There is no doubt the G/S is an impressive looking machine.

Two of my friends have Urban GS's. I've not ridden either but they both love the bikes lightish weight, riding position, nice power, and fun handling on smooth roads.
They dislike the seats and are looking for an option, and say the suspension is real let down on poor pavement, gravel roads, etc. I can see the R9T but I always wondered why BMW cheapened out on the Urban's suspension rather than put a real GS suspension under it? It sounds like this new GS has answered that criticism.

Test rode one today and really liked it . It is relativly light for what it is and goes well . Comfortable it is ! No numb hands on this and will cruise at 75 easy , a bit of wind in your face of course . I really do like it and if the figures are ok will trade my 1300 or the T Max
