Recently bought a vario top box.... needed re keying... Local BMW dealer would have wanted £20...

So, 20 minutes searching on here, 10 minutes with a screw driver and a coffee...

Result - one vario top box tweaked to fit my key

Nate, it is a great site, but you obviously didn't follow the instructions properly.

You're supposed to spend at least 45 minutes scrabbling round on the floor looking for the tiny springs.
