Hi,

bizarre situation today when connecting my iphone to the iMac. Normally recognises the connected phone immediately (as it did today) and offers me the option to "import all new photos" - again, it did this today BUT only bought up 9 new photos, which is totally incorrect as there are around 100.

Have switched phone off and on, have disconnected and reconnected the cable, nothing different..........

Any ideas why the other photos are not being pulled in for importing? Have been using this for YEARS and never had any issue whatsoever?

Thanks

no need as the images i am referring to that are not showing, are images after the last upload and actually random images on the photoroll, surrounded by before and after pictures (if my reply makes any sense)

Had a similar problem. New iPhones and software are saving files in a different format called high efficiency files, you may need to alter the saving settings.

wasnt the format, but was something to do with the iCloud settings. i had never noticed any of it's impact before until yesterday - all solved now thanks!
