It all started with a squeak when turning on the ignition ready to start. It seemed to come from somewhere within the exhaust system. Its still under warranty so at the end of 2015 I had it checked and apparently the valve or flap inside the exhaust was virtually lacking any grease (probably from new). There were no other symptoms.
This was sorted for a while but the noise returned recently. So now the entire manifold has been replaced and curious to know the rough cost had I been paying, it was said to be about £1,700.

Got a similar issue with mine, although waiting to the last minute to get the headers replaced!

Holy mackerel, mine has started doing that and I'm outside warranty. Maybe I'll junk the cat & flapper...
