Went for a ride this morning and stopped off at the Harley D shop for coffee and doughnuts. Considering it was our weekend (Thursday) shopping day, I did not see another motorcycle on the road in 200kms. I suppose it is the luxury of car ownershipn with full A/C.
Anyway, the ride home and the air temperature got up to 53 Centigrade on the electronic temp gauge. So much for air flow suits.

Airflow suits are actually a bad thing above about 40 degrees c.....the wind chill factor reverses and being in an airflow that hot actually warms the body, unless you keep yourself damp by pouring water on your chest/tops of legs to get the evaporation cooling effect.

Any sweat gets sucked off extremely quickly, so you end up dehydrated in double quick time. :(

I thoroughly recommend an Aerostich Evapodanna.....top kit, although postage and duties double their price by the time they get into Europe (certainly the UK anyway) :blast
