After crossing the river we took the mountain road up to Claerwen Dam, on to the long trail that follows the the edge of the reservoir after about 7 miles this trail joins the southen end of the Monks Trodd.
When we hit the Tarmac at Teifi Pools the road was coverd in ice, we had to take it very slowly back down the mountain road.
Eventually arriving at the Y Talbot Hotel in Tregaron at 7 o'clock, the bikes were locked up.
Time for a few  hot shower a well earned meal and more beer with lots of piss taking out of each other:natter:natter:

Saturday morning started with a full Welsh breakfast and more taking the piss out of Dave.
The weather was a lot better today.
We checked the bikes over and went across to the garage to fuel up this is an experience in it self, you need to go to the little garage in Tregaron to understand this. If you go in a group make sure you only fill up one at a time and get ready to have your change thrown at you. Oh and if its a Saturday make sure you get there before 1 o'clock because if its 1 min past 1 you will not get fuel.

From Tregaron we headed North to Cwm Rheidol some great trails in this valley, we then crossed the A44 to Nant y Moch this area has many trails.
