i just recive the seat today havent ride it yet but the problm is i didnt recive the rear cover i had pay for somebody from sargent seats forgot to put it in the box
now what????????:comfort:comfort
i have allready email them still no reply

If I understand you correctly, you paid for:

1 Sargent front seat

1 Rear seat cover.

I see that the second item is a cover that goes over the standard BMW rear seat, so that it looks the same as the front seat.

In the box, you received the front seat but no rear seat cover.


Which supplier did you order the two items from?

Where is the supplier based? In Greece, UK, America?

When did you order the two items?

When did you receive the seat?

When did you contact the supplier, to tell them a mistake had been made?

What did you say in the email to the supplier?

I can see that English is not your first language, but it is certainly better than my Greek. It is possible that the supplier did not understand your problem.

I suggest you copy (PDF) the invoice you received and contact the supplier, again by email, as follows:


Dear Sirs,

(A) On XX-XX-XXXX (date) I ordered and paid for:

1 Sargent front seat

1 Rear seat cover

I have attached to this email a PDF copy of the invoice.

(B) On XX-XX-XXXX (date) I received the front seat but no rear seat cover.

(C) I contacted you on XX-XX-XXXX (date) to tell you about the packing mistake, but have had no reply.

I look forward to hearing from you as to when you will be sending me my seat cover and completing my order.

Give them your full details:

Name

Adress

Email address

Telephone number (with the international dialling code)

If it is not possible for you to PDF the invoice, at least give the supplier the full details, including any reference numbers.

i will take your advise and email them again but new atempt to contact with them they are of for holidays i think till 6th of semptember

as person-to-person contact is often easier than email.

I have called the number and can confirm they are shut at the moment for their holidays.

Good news the reply my email allready and sugest me to look better in the box and in the bubble wrup did that already good news the mantion allready maybe whent to another customer by mistake

Pick up the phone.....send a registered letter.....declare war :nenau

finally i got theme on the phone they run out by the time the sended the order so the will send the rear cover soon i hope
