Hi
I've just been given a pass out for next week, so I'm off to Scotland for 4 nights, Plockton Monday. Skye Tuesday. Durness Wednesday. Thurso, Inverness, Fort William on Thursday. all arranged and booked in half an hour. I know Scotland but it's my first bike tour for 30 years and I'm quite excited:D
If anyone's up there give me a wave or better still have a beer as I'm all billy no mates.

14 of us off to rogart railway carriages this weekend ,might pass you somewhere on the monday when we're heading home, enjoy your adventure mate:thumb

Just home(literally) from first 5 day trip to Scotland and was sooooo impressed, we spent two nights in Red Squirrel campsite in Glencoe and then in Durness campsite followed by night in B&B in Braemer....

Couldn't recommend it enough.... fantastic country and people!!

The road Ullapool - Durness - Tongue - Lairg is a cracker.... I will be back!!

Campsite in Durness is a corker.... enjoy ya lucky bugger!!:beerjug:

Cheers, I've not been north of Gairlock before so should be fun, just a pity SWMBO couldn't get any time off ;)

Hi, I'm just back from a little trip, only up as far a Scourie. Roads are nice and quiet at this time of the year, but it is getting a little nippy now. Hope you get it dry at least, oh and watch out for the sheep (on the road that is )......
